Equipped with his banking experiences, he was instrumental in putting in place Enterprise Singapore Loan Insurance Scheme for Singapore SMEs when he moved into the insurance sector in early 2000. The scheme benefitted many Singapore SMEs with additional banking lines to grow their business at affordable finance cost.
